Angela Tse is a director at Trilligent and based in Seattle, WA with over 12 years of experience in strategic development, technology policy and law, and responsible innovation product counseling, as well as public and regulatory affairs. She specializes in network infrastructure, connected cars, computer vision, autonomous cars, AI, AR/MR/VR, intellectual property, go-to-market, issues management, government relations, product lifecycle management and public policy strategy.

Prior to joining Trilligent, Angela was a director, leading global privacy legal and technology teams. She worked in technology transactional and regulatory law at organizations and for clients like Meta, Dynatrace, Amazon Web Services, Amazon Kindle, Lumen Technologies and Alchemer. Angela has also worked with a variety of technology startups, governmental bodies and NGOs, including the FCC, Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, State of Colorado and non-profits like the Samuelson-Glushko Technology Law and Policy Clinic.

Angela holds a J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School at Boulder and is a graduate of the Columbia University Journalism School’s Publishing Course at Oxford University. She was a Sorenson Fellow, conducting research in Beijing, China, and a Phi Beta Kappa with a magna cum laude B.A. in Political Science and East Asian Studies from Brandeis University.
