Ashley

Ashley Bruggemann is a senior associate director at Trilligent and is based in Washington, D.C. She specializes in program management, government affairs and women’s empowerment and gender programming. She currently manages public policy programs in a secondee capacity.

Prior to joining Trilligent, Ashley was the program manager for the Women’s Democracy Network at the International Republican Institute. In this role, she contributed to the strategic vision of gender programming at IRI and oversaw the implementation of grant programming. She led business development opportunities for funding from the U.S. government and the National Endowment for Democracy and drove strategic engagement with civil society and government partners around the world. Prior to joining IRI, she worked in congressional relations at the German Marshall Fund of the United States (GMF) in their Washington, D.C., headquarters.
