He holds a bachelor’s degree in politics from the Bavarian School of Public Policy and took part in the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master in European Politics and Society for his master’s degree. Hummus! Seems super simple, but there are some tricks to make it extra smooth and rich. It’s more than just blending up a can of chickpeas.
Where is your favorite spot to relax?
The Isar river in Munich is just brilliant anytime, be it a summer evening or a cold rainy afternoon in November. This wild alpine river flowing through the city center and creating a green lung for the city is just brilliant.
What is your dream trivia category?
History! I am a bit of a nerd in this regard. I was torn between studying history and politics but decided to go with politics so I wouldn’t spoil what I enjoyed studying in my free time.
