Andrew

Andrew is a member of the Trilligent Advisory Board and a Global Online Harms Consultant, with decades of expertise in Child Sexual Exploitation & Abuse (CSEA) including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) related content.

He has worked for various UK Government Agencies in fighting organized crime and child sexual crimes, in addition to 3 years at Twitter. Most recently, he was Head of a dedicated Online Child Safety team focussed on key threat intelligence concerning online CSEA activities across the whole reach of the ‘Internet’. 

Although Andrew’s main focus is on Online CSEA, he has also been heavily involved in other online harms and abuse activities, and is involved with Online Regulation matters, platform policy and legal topics, content moderation, and welfare and wellbeing.
