Ashley

Ashley Bruggemann is a senior associate director at Trilligent based in Washington, D.C. She specializes in public policy programs, strategic communications, and project management, with a focus on translating policy priorities into actionable communications strategies across stakeholders. Drawing on her experience supporting government, civil society, and private-sector clients, Ashley has advised organizations across technology, think tanks and infrastructure on public policy, geopolitical risk, and stakeholder engagement strategies, including federal-level engagement and legislative monitoring. She is also an experienced project manager, leading integrated teams and overseeing execution across communications, policy, and media workstreams.

Prior to joining Trilligent, Ashley was the program manager for the Women’s Democracy Network at the International Republican Institute. In this role, she contributed to the strategic vision of gender programming at IRI and oversaw the implementation of grant programming. She led business development opportunities for funding from the U.S. government and the National Endowment for Democracy and drove strategic engagement with civil society and government partners around the world. Prior to joining IRI, she worked in congressional relations at the German Marshall Fund of the United States (GMF) in their Washington, D.C., headquarters.
