Ashley Bruggemann is a senior associate director at Trilligent based in Washington, D.C. Drawing on her experience supporting government, civil society, and private-sector clients, Ashley has advised organizations across technology, think tanks and infrastructure on public policy, geopolitical risk, and stakeholder engagement strategies, including federal-level engagement and legislative monitoring. She led business development opportunities for funding from the U.S. government and the National Endowment for Democracy and drove strategic engagement with civil society and government partners around the world. Prior to joining IRI, she worked in congressional relations at the German Marshall Fund of the United States (GMF) in their Washington, D.C., headquarters.
