Christoph Stürmer is a member of the Trilligent Advisory Board and an independent expert and advisor specializing in automotive and e-mobility, including policy and market developments, market access, business strategy and corporate sustainability. His expertise extends to critical infrastructure, energy security, and battery policy, where he actively contributes to discussions shaping the future of mobility and supply chain resilience.

Christoph began his automotive career in 1996 at Mercedes-Benz Passenger Cars, where he oversaw long-term powertrain and sales planning. During his 10-year tenure at Standard & Poor’s Mobility (then IHS Automotive), he provided detailed vehicle sales forecasts for the DACH region and managed product strategy, post-merger integration, and market intelligence initiatives. As Global Lead Analyst of Autofacts®, PricewaterhouseCoopers’ (PwC) automotive think tank, he developed detailed market forecast models for strategic advisory projects and industry publications.

Holding a Diploma in Economics and a BA equivalent in Philosophy, Christoph is also the co-author of Premium Power – The Secret of Success of Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Porsche and Audi and a frequent analyst and commentator in German and international media.
