Dr. Fabrizio Palmas is a leading expert on extended reality (XR) corporate training and immersive experiences. As the CTO and Creative Director of the Munich-based XR training company Straightlabs, he has demonstrated significant entrepreneurial skills and mindset, guiding the company from its startup phase to successful scaling. He is a founding member and board member of XR Bavaria e.V., as well as a member of the advisory board of the TUM Center for Educational Technologies. Fabrizio regularly publishes in leading journals on topics such as XR, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Gamification, and is a renowned keynote speaker at prominent events.
