Infrequently Asked Questions
What keeps you busy on the weekends?
This past summer I got really into paddle boarding, so for a while I was doing that quite often. When it’s colder I try to go for hikes and be outside as often as possible.
What job would you have if you weren’t in public affairs?
I would definitely be working in the wine industry in some form, whether exporting Bulgarian wines to new markets or producing wine myself, it’s a big part of my culture and something I really enjoy! Maybe I’ll give it a go for retirement.
What food would you eat for the rest of your life if you could only pick one?
Easy – spicy peanut noodles, heavy on the lemon, with lots of vegetables and tofu. I make this at least twice a week.
