Michael Strübin, a member of the Trilligent Advisory Board and senior advisor on EU digital health, has more than fifteen years of experience in policy, regulation, technologies and interoperability, serving in various roles at leading EU trade associations, global interoperability initiatives, and membership organizations.

At DIGITALEUROPE, he led the association’s contributions to EU-funded research projects that advanced digital health adoption and supported advocacy for European policies advancing the digital transformation of healthcare. At MedTech Europe, he forged consensus positions and built digital health advocacy for the medical technologies industry. He also led European communications and advocacy for a global interoperability initiative for nearly ten years, working with global leaders in the industry including Cisco, Intel, Philips, and Roche.

Before joining the “Brussels bubble”, Michael worked on social development initiatives and international cooperation in the United States and Germany. Michael holds a Master of Arts degree from the American University’s School of International Service in Washington DC.
