TEAM PROFILE
Owen Stecco is a consultant for Trilligent and APCO based in Washington, D.C.. He supports clients with corporate communications, media relations, brand positioning, and change management. Prior to joining APCO/Trilligent, he worked as a transportation specialist at the USDOT, a policy analyst for a social policy center, and supported organizations with political communications. Owen earned a degree from the University of Michigan’s Gerald R. Ford School in public policy with a minor in sociology. His concentrations were in social & gender policy and law, justice, and social change, respectively.
