The Challenge
The conversation around AI has blown up in recent months, making the space so oversaturated that even big players with industry-leading technology are at times having trouble breaking through. Our client, a multinational tech company, was looking to understand how their AI efforts were perceived, and set out to launch a campaign to highlight the technology’s promise for the future.
The Approach
Before going all-in on a campaign highlighting AI’s impact and the company’s deep expertise, Trilligent partnered with our client on a deep-dive trend-sensing analysis. Our approach involves Natural Language Processing tools together with qualitative, human-driven, and open-source research methodologies to identify resonant themes, issues, voices, and channels that are shaping the AI conversation, personalized to the client’s expertise and areas of interest. Some of the specific analysis we performed includes thematic analysis that identifies prevailing narratives, context-specific sentiment analysis, client versus competitors share of voice assessment, identification of priority stakeholders and influencers to engage.
The Result
We presented our key insights, which spanned industries, markets, and types of AI, to our client’s EMEA policy campaigns team. Armed with these in-depth findings, the company is using these results to guide their AI campaign strategy, identify white space where there is a higher likelihood of engagement, shape the conversation to accurately reflect the time and resources they have long been investing into the industry, and ultimately position them as an influential voice shaping the future of AI.
